Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday...SUNDAY. Ah, the day of rest, the day most of us start preparing for the new week. So, what are we going to be doing on this fine day? Why, getting ready for a dog show, of course!

The Berks County Kennel Club will be holding their show in Hamburg, PA. (Click here for information on this gala event.) Our li'l Sheltie Maggie is entered & we're hoping she does well. But, our real interest is in the fact that we're with fellow "dog people," folks who like ourselves genuinely enjoy the whole canine experience. As the saying goes, "dog people rule; others drool."

My camera is fully charged and I'll be taking pictures of the ring, the people, the vendors, and oh yeah, the dogs themselves. So you might want to check back later & see if I've managed to capture the exciement, the challenge of the competition, the j'oi d'vivre of the entire day's activities.
