Here on the East coast of the US, the weather reports are generally unanimous in that the extremely hot temperatures we've been experiencing here for the past few days will continue over this weekend. Specifically, a talking head on the 'tube just mentioned the temp's gonna reach about 94 degrees today. Common sense dictates to take it easy, drink fluids and make sure pets are properly taken care of. You might want to check on that stay-at-home neighbor near your home, too.

Those cautions expressed, I can now mention that work on the fence that'll eventually encompass Presto Dog's two acres will continue in a little while. I'll re-attach the garden cart  to the back of our Cub Cadet tractor; it still has all the tools in it that are being used for this project. The only thing I really need to do is fortify myself for the imminent "trail by heat" I'm about to experience.

Order of the day? Start any jobs you undertake early (appreciating the tropical hours concept as the Presto Dog bride likes to mention), work slowly and hydrate yourself. Later on, I'll take some shots of the fence I put up and bore you (once again) with my efforts.
