It's the weekend, and we usually pack up the van with foodstuffs, dog crates and our three Shelties and tri-color Collie and head for the hills. That is, our new home in a very rural area that we're fixing up for our sustained habitation, expected to reach fruition a mere few weeks from now.

But, alas, the threat of a Nor'easter, that confluence of wind and rain that wreaks havoc on homeowners and travelers, is going to descend upon us by late tonight. Because of this, we decided to not put on our seven-league boots and instead remain tethered to the (present) homefront, making make sure the asset we'll be selling in a few weeks remains in proper order.

So, no new pictures, or stories of eventful meetings with wildlife great and small (as noted in recent posts below this one) will appear on this site for the next couple of days.

What probably  will appear here are observations and comments about what occurs on the original, still loved Presto Dog world headquarters. Come back and see what happens...
