A few posts I made down below mention that Dougie (our tri-color Collie) and Lyric (our senior Sheltie) were both ill. As updates to these prior stories, I gotta say that both dogs are now doing fine. Neither was so ill that a trip to the vet was necessary, and they're both eating normally.

So, whatever "bug" they had visit their respective person must have up and left the territory. That good for both them and us, the former because they're feeling so much better, and for us bi-peds who needed to get up with them at 2:00-4:00 a.m. if they needed to go out!
